Hannah Osborn is a Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner. She spent her nursing career at Children’s Mercy Hospital in the Hematology/Oncology/Bone Marrow Transplant Department. Caring for cancer patients ignited her passion for integrative medicine by focusing on disease prevention and promoting quality of life.
Hannah graduated as a member of the Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing with her BSN from The University of Kansas School of Nursing.
She completed her Master of Science in Nursing at UMKC. She is Board Certified by The American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. In addition to her degree, Hannah has completed courses at The American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine and The Institute for Functional Medicine.
Hannah seeks to partner with her patients, walking alongside in collaboration through each individual’s healing journey. Her care goes beyond symptom management. She utilizes a root cause approach with a personalized care plan for each patient.
She offers many services including wellness visits, hormone replacement, IV nutrition, ozone therapy, joint rejuvenation, and aesthetic care. Hannah wants to help patients radiate from the inside out. Her focus is to educate and equip patients with the tools they need to lead healthy, enriched lives.
Outside the office, Hannah enjoys walking her golden retriever Winnie, cooking colorful foods, cheering on the Chiefs, and spending time with her family. She loves serving her community and the wonderful patients at Rock Creek.
