Glad to have the energy to spend time with my kids and grandkids, and to be able to enjoy activities such as mountain biking and workouts so that I have the strength and stamina to relax and enjoy the less intense everyday life.  Have encountered a few health issues along the way and Dr Mark has been key with helping me find the right treatment protocols.  Highly recommend.
