Flu Vaccine Effectiveness

Please review this article that shares some of my thoughts about the flu shot. This past weekend the report card came out about this year’s flu shot for adults…only 12% effective! My recommendation is a strong immune system to prevent the flu throughout BHRT program. Taking Vitamin D3 and keeping your levels up is critical. Make sure we are checking that often. If you think you are getting the flu, you can head it off with increasing your Vitamin D3 to 100,000-200,000 units a day for 3 days (adults only and check with your doctor first to make sure this is safe for you) plus Vitamin C 5,000-10,000 mg with Zinc 50 mg along with the extra D3 for the 3 days. Normally this will head off any oncoming flu or respiratory infection. We have packets of 15 Vitamin D3 50,000-unit capsules available at the front desk here at the Wellness Center to make dispensing easier.
