The site is information, not medical advice
The content on this site is general information about our clinic and services. It is not medical advice, a diagnosis or a treatment plan. It is not a substitute for an evaluation by a qualified clinician who knows your history. Using the site, sending us a message or requesting an appointment does not create a physician–patient relationship; that begins only when you are seen at the clinic.

Descriptions of treatments are not promises of results. Individual results vary, and every treatment carries risks, which your provider will discuss with you before you decide. Some services we describe use products or protocols that are not approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration for the uses described, or that are investigational. Those pages say so. Appointment requests and pricing
Submitting a form is a request, not a confirmed appointment; we will contact you to confirm. Our services are cash-pay and are not billed to insurance unless we tell you otherwise. Prices, packages and program terms are provided at your consultation and in your written agreements with the clinic, which take precedence over anything on this site. Any promotion shown on the site applies only as stated on it and only while it is posted.
Using the site
You may view and print pages for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not:

– use the site for any unlawful purpose, or to send spam or harmful code;

The Rock Creek Wellness name and logo are ours. Other names and marks on the site belong to their owners, and their appearance does not imply endorsement.

The site links to services run by others, including our patient portal, supplement dispensaries, patient financing, and social media. Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for their content or practices.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kansas. Any dispute about the site will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Johnson County, Kansas.
