Dr. Angela Barnett is a board-certified family physician who practices integrative and functional medicine. She joined Rock Creek Wellness in June 2026 and sees new patients at our Leawood clinic.
How she practices
Dr. Barnett builds care around the person in front of her. Each plan is individual and looks at physical, mental and emotional health together, with lasting wellness as the aim.
She has taught family medicine and integrative medicine to medical students and residents at the UMKC School of Medicine for nearly 20 years, and she still does.

Outside the clinic
Dr. Barnett grew up in the Rocky Mountains. Away from work she hikes, bikes, skis and gardens, and she loves cooking healthy food.
