Changes in erections, desire, arousal, comfort or sensation are common, and they’re worth a proper look. They usually have a cause, such as shifting hormones, blood-vessel health, diabetes, medications, changes after childbirth or menopause, stress, or strain in a relationship. We’re a physician-led hormone and longevity clinic, so we start by finding that cause. Consultations are private and free.
How we approach it
- A private conversation. You tell us what has changed and what you’d like to be different. We keep it matter-of-fact, and we don’t rush it.
- Finding the cause. We review your health history and medications, and order labs where they help, such as hormones, blood sugar and cholesterol. A short questionnaire helps us understand where you’re starting from and track how things change.
- Your options, including the simple ones. The right answer may be a prescription, a change of medication, hormone therapy or a referral to a specialist. It may be one of the in-office treatments below. We’ll tell you which, and if a treatment we offer isn’t right for you, we’ll say so.
Your care is led by Hannah Osborn, APRN, and Angela Barnett, MD, also sees patients for sexual wellness.
For women
- Dryness or pain during sex. Lower estrogen around menopause, after childbirth or while breastfeeding is a common cause. Lubricants and moisturizers help many women, and we prescribe vaginal estrogen when it suits you.
- Leaking, or a feeling of looseness after childbirth. Pelvic-floor physical therapy is usually the first step. We’ll refer you to a pelvic-floor physical therapist or an OB/GYN when that’s the better fit.
- Vaginal rejuvenation with ThermiVa. Our ThermiVa page explains what this radiofrequency treatment is, what the FDA has and hasn’t cleared it for, its risks and price, and the better-studied options we usually start with.
- Menopause more broadly. See hormone care for women.

For men
- Erection problems start with an evaluation. ED can be a warning sign of heart and blood-vessel disease, and the American Urological Association recommends checking testosterone in men with ED. We do both.
- ED medication. We prescribe tablets such as sildenafil and tadalafil when they suit you. They’re approved by the FDA for ED and are often the right first step.
- Shockwave therapy. Low-intensity shockwave therapy is a series of short in-office treatments to the penis, most studied in mild ED caused by reduced blood flow. Our shockwave therapy page explains what it involves, what the evidence shows, its FDA status and its price.
- Low testosterone. If your labs confirm it, see hormone care for men.
- Specialist care. When a urologist is the better route, we’ll refer you.

Looking for the O-Shot or P-Shot?
We no longer use PRP (platelet-rich plasma) for anything. Our women’s and men’s sexual wellness injection pages explain what we offer instead. Those injections use umbilical cord–derived tissue matrix products from FDA-registered tissue banks. Registration is not approval, and no product of this kind is FDA approved.
Cost
The consultation is free. Treatments are cash-pay and aren’t covered by insurance. Prices are on each treatment’s page, and you’ll get your total in writing at your consultation, before anything is done.
